Marcello Scarnato holds a Doctorate in Economics (St. Gallen University), a Master in Business Administration (HSG.ch) and a Master in International Tax Law (Uni.li). For over 25 years he has worked as an Independent Economic Consultant in the field of International Business Development and Entrepreneurship. The tax jurist acts as Expert and Auditor for SMEs.

Dr. Scarnato, co-founder of the m.n.p. group, also operates as a Strategic Consultant mainly in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and as well on specific projects on Global Markets.

From 2020 to 2025 Dr. Scarnato acts as Deputy Chief Justice at the Liechtenstein Superior Court (secondary mandate).
